Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Once an order is placed, it is considered FINAL.
  2. Estimated production time is two weeks.
  3. We have a strict NO CANCELLATION, NO REFUND policy.
  4. For any customized items (items where customization options are available e.g. for length or colour) we have a strict NO EXCHANGE policy.
  5. Any special requests for any customization (change to size/length of item) should be communicated to the customer service team before the order is placed. Any request for customization will be subject to availability. Once the order is placed, it will be considered final and our production team will start to process it in our facility.
  6. If a customer fails to accept delivery or pick up the order within 90 days of the shipping date, yello team will consider the Order abandoned and has the right to sell, dispose of, or use any such orders in any way it chooses and the deposit or full payment paid by the customer will not be subject to refund.
  7. After receiving your order, if there are any further requests for alteration (length and adjustment) kindly get in touch with the customer service team. We offer a free lifetime tailoring services but only if the alterations are possible and reasonable. If your alteration request is accepted and we deemed it to be possible, the customer has to send the item then we will process it. The cost of shipment for the alteration will be paid by the customer along with any custom charges.
